Use it to find crowded positioning, to spot funding extremes worth fading, to rank which perp actually has liquidity before routing size, or to feed a momentum or carry screen. Tool: hl\_oi — 0.01 USDC per call settled on Base via x402, no API key and no signup. Returns {source, as\_of, frame\_interval\_min, coins, top\_oi:\[{coin, oi, oiUsd, funding, …}\]}. Read-only market data; no exchange account, no API key, no order is placed.
