Hacker News search and front page

Hacker News stories and comments: the current front page, or a search by words (relevance or newest first), filtered by type (story, comment, Ask HN, Show HN) and time window - each with title, link, discussion link, author, points, comment count, time and the text as plain text. Via the HN Search API by Algolia. No match is 404 and not charged. Pay-per-call via x402.

$0.0027 per call, paid in USDC on Base or Solana with x402 — no account, no API key. POST https://fiatdock.com/v1/news/hackernews (or GET with the same fields as query parameters) · MCP tool hn_search. An answer the tool cannot produce is refused with 4xx/5xx and is not charged.
